Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026. Draft pending legal review.
This policy explains what Callsign Technologies LLC collects when you use Torsio Logix and why.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (or sign-in link data).
- Your work: the flows, settings and notes you save in your account.
- Technical data: basic request logs such as IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not collect payment details today. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by a payment processor and we will update this policy first.
How we use it
To run your account, save and load your flows, send sign-in and confirmation emails, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your flows to advertise to you.
Who processes it
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and delivery.
- Resend: sending account emails.
These providers process data for us under their own terms and may store it in the United States or other countries.
Callers' data
Torsio Logix does not receive calls or recordings. If you build a flow that collects caller information, that data goes to the platform you run it on, and you are responsible for how you collect and use it.
Cookies and storage
The public pages set no tracking cookies. The app stores sign-in session data in your browser so you stay logged in.
Retention and your choices
We keep account data while your account is open. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your saved flows, except where we must keep records by law or for security.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes.
