These terms apply when you use Torsio Logix, a call-flow design tool operated by Callsign Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

Torsio Logix lets you design phone-agent call flows and export files for platforms such as Vapi, Retell and n8n. It is a design tool. It does not place calls, host agents or run your business.

Drafts, not advice

Exported flows, scripts, disclosures and checks are drafts. They are not legal advice and do not make your business compliant with any law. You are responsible for testing every flow, confirming recording, consent, disclosure, do-not-call and privacy rules for your location and industry, and getting professional advice where needed.

Your account

Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access in ways the plan does not allow.

Your content

You keep ownership of the flows and content you create. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. You may use your exports for your own business and for your clients.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to deceive or harass people, to send unlawful or unwanted calls, to attack or overload the service, or to copy or resell the tool itself.

Plans and changes

The free plan includes the limits shown on the site. Paid plans are not yet available. We may change or end features, and will give notice of material changes to paid terms before they apply.

Third parties

Vapi, Retell, n8n and other platforms are owned by others, are not affiliated with us, and have their own terms and pricing. We do not control them or guarantee they will accept or run your files.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, or the results of calls made with flows you build, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
